- 2 c. thinly sliced squash
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 4 green peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Sprinkle squash and onions with salt and set aside for 1 hour. Bring all other ingredients to full boil.

2Drain salt from squash and onions.

3Add squash and onions to vinegar mixture and bring to full boil.

4Pack in sterile jars and seal.
