  • 2 c. thinly sliced squash
  • 2 c. sliced onions
  • 4 green peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Sprinkle squash and onions with salt and set aside for 1 hour. Bring all other ingredients to full boil.

    Drain salt from squash and onions.

    Add squash and onions to vinegar mixture and bring to full boil.

    Pack in sterile jars and seal.
