- small pkg. beef chunks for stew
- 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed
- 3 to 4 carrots, peeled and cut up
- 1 onion, cut up
- any other vegetables (fresh or leftover)
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper
- 2 soup cans water
Directions

1Place vegetables and meat in Dutch oven.

2Add seasonings. Pour tomato soup over all and add 2 cans of water.

3Stir.

4Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 5 hours, covered.

5Serve with biscuits or French bread.
