  • 1 lb. lean stewing meat beef
  • 4 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2 onions, cut into chunks
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 c. Minute tapioca
  • dash of thyme and oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
