  • 2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 to 6 red potatoes, chopped in large chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped into large chunks
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

    In crock-pot, place all ingredients.

    Turn pot to high and cook for 9 to 10 hours until meat is tender.
