- 2 pkg. frozen Stillwell soup vegetables
- 2 cans sliced potatoes
- 1 pkg. stew seasonings
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut stew meat in small pieces.

2Coat meat in flour.

3Brown meat in a little oil.

4Add chopped onion, water, seasoning and tomato paste.

5Simmer until meat is tender.

6Add frozen vegetables and potatoes.

7Continue simmering until vegetables are tender.

8A little more water may be added.
