  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 5 small potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can tomato soup or tomato juice
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 can green beans with water
  • 1 can garden peas

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except peas, and put in large Pyrex dish.

    Add peas 1 hour before done.

    Cook at 275° for 5 hours.
