- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 5 small potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 c. water
- 1 can tomato soup or tomato juice
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 can green beans with water
- 1 can garden peas
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except peas, and put in large Pyrex dish.

2Add peas 1 hour before done.

3Cook at 275° for 5 hours.
