Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in small cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Promise margarine
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 carrots, sliced thickly in rounds
  • 6 potatoes, cubed (approximately 1-inch)
  • 1 (29 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • pepper to taste

    beef and cook on medium heat until most of pink is gone.

    to boil and then reduce to simmer for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add pepper
