- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. stew meat
- Adolph's meat tenderizer
- 4 to 6 potatoes, cut in squares
- 2 to 4 carrots, thin sliced
- 2 to 4 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 can each: peas, green beans and corn
- 1 or 2 cans tomatoes or V-8 juice
Directions

1Boil bone 3 or 4 hours. Add water as needed. In last hour, add veggies, onion and stew meat sprinkled with Adolph's meat tenderizer. Last 30 minutes, add canned tomatoes or you can use V-8 vegetable juice. Heat through.
