- 1 lb. beef boneless chuck
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 pkg. soy sauce
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Cut beef chuck in half.

2Put 1 stick of butter in pot; cook for 1 hour until brown.

3Put 2 1/2 cups of water.

4Let cook for 1 hour.

5Mix 1 cup flour with hot water very good until smooth; let simmer.

6Put frozen cut broccoli in same pot; let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until broccoli is steamed.

7You can put over white rice or potatoes or pasta.
