- 6 to 8 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 can peas
- 2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. A.1. sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Rinse meat; leave moist.

2Dredge in flour.

3Melt shortening and brown meat; makes thick gravy.

4Put water to cover meat.

5Add sauces (last 4 ingredients).
