- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 c. flour
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 6 medium new potatoes, quartered
- 1 bunch carrots, diced
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- 1 can green peas, drained
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Salt, pepper and garlic powder stew meat.

2Roll in flour to cover meat.

3Brown meat in oil on all sides and remove from large skillet.

4Add onion, bell pepper and celery and saute until tender.

5Add soup and water and return meat to skillet, blending all together.

6Add carrots, potatoes, peas and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat about 2 hours.

7Add more water as needed.
