- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter or oleo
- 2 small cartons sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
Directions

1Defrost potatoes.

2Combine with 1/2 stick butter.

3Add onion, sour cream, soup and cheese; mix well.

4Pour into large baking dish.

5Cover with corn flakes; sprinkle with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
