  • 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter or oleo
  • 2 small cartons sour cream
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo

Directions

    Defrost potatoes.

    Combine with 1/2 stick butter.

    Add onion, sour cream, soup and cheese; mix well.

    Pour into large baking dish.

    Cover with corn flakes; sprinkle with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
