- 2 to 3 lb. lean stew meat
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb. carrot, sliced
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
Directions

1Cook stew meat in boiling water, to cover, until tender.

2Add V-8 juice, onion, carrots and potatoes. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

3Do not overcook.

4Add salt to taste.
