Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew beef, cut in small size pieces (about the size of a quarter)
- 2 1/2 c. peeled and coarsely diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 stalks celery (left whole)
- about 4 to 6 pieces beef fat (about the size of a fifty cent piece)
- water to cover
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste

2slow cooker.

3Put all ingredients in and cook until meat and potatoes are done.

4After the celery is cooked for a while, I remove it.

5This is very good on a cold day or anytime.
