- 2 c. celery, sliced
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 2 c. carrots, sliced
- 6 (12 oz.) cans V-8
- 3 to 6 Tbsp. tapioca
- salt and pepper or seasoned salt to taste

1Dissolve tapioca in V-8.
