  • 1 c. liquid skim lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid sugar substitute
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Directions

    Place skim lowfat milk, lowfat milk pwdr, cocoa, vanilla, and liquid sugar substitute in container of electric blender.

    Cover and put on high speed till smooth.

    Remove center of cover and add in ice cubes one at a time, blending till ice is crushed.

    Serve immediately in tall glasses.

    Makes 2 servings (77 calories each).

    For coffee shake replace cocoa with 1 1/2 tsp.
