- 1 c. liquid skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid sugar substitute
- 6-8 ice cubes
Directions

1Place skim lowfat milk, lowfat milk pwdr, cocoa, vanilla, and liquid sugar substitute in container of electric blender.

2Cover and put on high speed till smooth.

3Remove center of cover and add in ice cubes one at a time, blending till ice is crushed.

4Serve immediately in tall glasses.

5Makes 2 servings (77 calories each).

6For coffee shake replace cocoa with 1 1/2 tsp.
