  • 8 small potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 2 c. green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 c. tomatoes, crushed (large can plus 1 can water)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Mexican hot pepper seeds or as desired
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
