- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 15 -20 baby carrots
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 6 -8 green onions
- 6 cups water
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- ground pepper (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
- chili powder (to taste)
- cumin (to taste)
- McCormick's Season All (to taste)
- paprika (to taste)
Directions

1heat up dutch oven and oil on med heat.

2add beef and brown.

3add flour and brown

4add water.

5add veggies chopped to your desire.

6season with all the seasonings and boullion cubes.

7boil for an hour on medium

8turn down to low and simmer for 30-60 minutes or until veggies are tender and flavors have been absorbed and broth has thickened a little.

9serve it up!
