  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes, canned
  • 8 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons minute tapioca (add more for thicker gravy)
