  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 14 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 20 baby carrots
  • 3 large potatoes, diced
  • 14 ounces beef broth
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 13 cup soy sauce (or less if too salty)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

    In crock pot, layer potatoes then carrots.

    Top w/ meat, then soy sauce, paprika, pepper and flour.

    Spread with chopped onions.

    Combine beef broth with tomato sauce and pour over.

    Cook on low 7-8 hour or high 4-5 hours.
