  • 2 lb beef chuck stew beef
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp worstershire sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 can water
  • 3 yukon potatoes
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 big onion
  • 1/2 packages frozen mixed veggies if desired

Directions

    Brown stew beef slightly.

    Add all ingredients to slow cooker except potatoes and frozen veggies for 4 hours.

    2 hours before done, add potatoes and frozen veggies
