  • 5 carrots
  • 1 to 2 spears celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 c. tapioca
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 small can mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 can whole tomatoes with liquid
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • potatoes
