- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 8 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, diced or shredded
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat in oil in skillet.

2Transfer meat to 2-quart casserole dish.

3Combine all other ingredients; mix with meat. Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.
