- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 lb. beef cubes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 8 oz. pasta twists
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in Dutch oven.

3Add onion and saute until translucent.

4Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.

5Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, wine vinegar and beef broth. Cover tightly and bake 2 hours.

6Cook pasta following box directions.

7Remove pan from oven; remove bay leaf.

8Blend flour with softened butter.

9Stir into beef mixture.
-
10Simmer on stove 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.

11Add yogurt and pasta; mix well and serve.
