- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt (curing salt)

1Combine ingredients.

3Wrap each in aluminum foil.

4Chill in refrigerator 24 hours.

5Punch holes in bottom of foil and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
