  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt (curing salt)

Directions

    Combine ingredients.

    Shape into 2 rolls.

    Wrap each in aluminum foil.

    Chill in refrigerator 24 hours.

    Punch holes in bottom of foil and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350°.

    Slice to serve.
