- 5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
- 4 1/2 rounded tsp. mustard seed
- 4 1/2 rounded tsp. black pepper
- 2 rounded tsp. garlic salt
- 2 rounded tsp. cracked peppercorns
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well together.

2Cover tightly.

3Place in refrigerator for 3 days.

4Mix well each day.

5On the 4th day, form into 6 rolls and place on rack of broiler pan.

6Bake 8 hours at 150°.

7Turn after 4 hours.

8Cool.

9Wrap in Saran Wrap or foil. Will freeze.
