- 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick or sugar cure
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- pinch of salt
- 2 lb. good ground beef
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Make into rolls and wrap in plastic wrap.

3Store in refrigerator for 24 hours.

4Remove plastic wrap; place on cookie sheet.

5Bake for 1 hour at 300°.

6Store in refrigerator or freezer.
