- 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 2 tablespoons coarse pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Hickory Smoked Salt
Directions

1Mix seasoning well and divide into four equal amounts.

2Divide meat into four equal parts as well.

3Mix the seasoning and the meat together by combining 1/4 meat with 1/4 seasoning and when all portions are well mixed, combine all four together and mix well. Put into a 9 x 13 pan and cover tightly and refrigerate.
