  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

  • 1 cup torn leaf lettuce
  • 14 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pimientos
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
  • 14 cup sour cream
