  • 3 pounds Beef Round Steak
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1 whole Onion, Sliced Thin And Separated Into Rings
  • 1/2 pounds Mushrooms, Sliced Or 8 Oz Canned Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
  • 10 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
  • 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
  • 1- 1/2 cup Sour Cream Or Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Flour
  • Prepared Noodles Of Choice

    Cut meat into 1/2 inch by 3 inch strips.

    Combine the 1/2 cup flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard then use this mixture to coat the steak strips.

    Combine the steak, onions and mushrooms, broth and wine in the crock pot, stir well, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

    Before serving combine sour cream or yogurt with 1/4 cup of flour and stir into the meat mixture.

    Let it heat up to thicken a bit and then serve over noodles.
