  • 2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in strips
  • flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can bouillon soup, diluted to 2 c. with water
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • rice

Directions

    Brown onion in butter.

    Remove from pan.

    Flour meat and brown on each side.

    Add bouillon and salt.

    Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

    Stir in sour cream, mushrooms and onions.

    Serve over rice.
