- 1 lb. cubed beef
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. egg noodles, cooked until almost done
Directions

1Spray casserole dish with Pam.

2Place cubed beef in dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Stir in can of cream of mushroom soup.

4Cover and bake in 350° oven until beef is tender (approximately 2 hours).

5Add partially cooked noodles into casserole dish with the beef/soup mixture.

6Stir well.

7Cover dish, then bake an additional 30 to 60 minutes.
