- bottom round or top round of beef
- 1 stick oleo
- minced onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. Wyler's beef bouillon
- 4 large Tbsp. sour cream
Directions

1Freeze beef bottom round or top round.

2Put in refrigerator overnight and slice in the morning.

3Dredge with flour.

4Brown in oleo; add minced onion, mushrooms and hot water with beef bouillon.

5Let simmer until tender, about 1 hour.

6Add sour cream.
