- 1 lb. beef round, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 4 oz. can mushroom pieces
- 1 bouillon cube (beef)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- noodles
Directions

1Cut meat in strips 1/2-inch wide.

2Brown lightly in hot butter.

3Add onion and cook until tender.

4Add whole can of mushrooms and juice, bouillon cube, 1 cup water and salt and pepper.

5Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

6(Cook noodles separately.) Blend sour cream and flour and stir into meat mixture.

7Cook just until thickened.

8May need to add a little water.

9Serve over noodles.
