- 2 lb. boneless chuck
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
- 1 pt. sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1Cut chuck in strips 1/2-inch thick.

2Dredge with flour mixed with salt and brown in margarine in heavy skillet.

3Add 2 cups water and remaining ingredients except last 3.

4Bring to boil, cover and simmer 1/12 hours or until meat is tender.

5Stir in mushrooms and sour cream and heat gently.

6Serve with hot cooked noodles.
