- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat a 10-inch skillet, uncovered, over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

2Melt butter and add steak slices and onion.

3Brown about 5 minutes.

4Add bouillon cube and water.

5Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Add soup, salt and pepper, stirring to blend.

7Cover and heat 10 minutes.

8Add sour cream, stirring to blend.

9Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.

10Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
