- 1 lb. trimmed beef tenderloin, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 6 oz. mushrooms, sliced (about 2 c.)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. enriched flour
Directions

1Brown meat strips in 1/4 cup butter.

2Push meat to one side; add mushrooms and onion.

3Cook just until tender.

4Add broth. Heat to boiling.

5Blend sour cream and flour; stir into broth. Cook and stir until mixture thickens (sauce will be thin).

6Season to taste.

7Serve over rice or buttered noodles.

8Makes 4 to 5 servings.
