- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 lb. chuck roast
- 16 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Cut chuck roast into small pieces.

2Put into ovensafe pan.

3Mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup and 2 cans milk together.

4Pour over chuck roast.

5Bake at 325° for 2 hours and 45 minutes.

6Remove from oven and turn off.

7Mix sour cream in and return to off oven for 15 minutes.

8Remove after 15 minutes and serve over buttered noodles.
