  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sherry or beef broth
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
