  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 or 4 c. cooked noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. poppy seed
