  • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef or stew meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 c. nonfat sour cream or yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

    Brown the meat with the onion and garlic until meat is cooked through.

    Drain any fat.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir. Heat but do not boil.

    Serve over noodles.
