- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- chopped sirloin
- chopped onion
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- egg noodles, cooked
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add chopped sirloin and onion; brown. Add bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.

3Add cream of mushroom soup,

4mushrooms, salt and pepper.

5Cover; cook for 10 minutes.

6Add sour cream.

7Take up and pour over egg noodles.
