- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 1/2-inch thick
- 3 Tbsp. French's prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Trim and bone meat; cut into thin pieces, about 2-inches long. Place meat in bowl, add mustard and mix well.

2Refrigerate for several hours.

3Melt butter in large skillet and cook onions over low heat until soft, but not brown.

4Remove from pan.

5Brown meat in skillet over low heat until brown, turning occasionally.

6Then add paprika, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and liquid from mushrooms.

7Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender.

8Stir in onions, mushrooms and sour cream.

9Continue cooking just until mixture is hot; do not boil.

10Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.

11Serve over hot rice or noodles.
