- 1/3 c. dry sherry
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 large chicken breasts
Directions

1Teriyaki marinade:

2Combine sherry, soy sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic and sugar.

3Place chicken in plastic bag with marinade.

4Remove air and seal.

5Put in refrigerator to marinate at least 2 hours.

6Prefer all day.

7Massage bag and turn over occasionally.
