  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. nuts

    Combine oil and sugar.

    Beat well. Add pineapple.

    Gradually add sifted dry ingredients.
