- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. 14 oz. boneless beef loin, cut into thin strips
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 6 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. light sour cream
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt margarine.

2Add steak. Cook until browned, turning as needed. Transfer to plate.

3Add onions to skillet.

4Saute until softened. Return steak to skillet.

5Add mushrooms, tossing gently. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat. Add sour cream.

6Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through (do not boil).

7Serve over cooked noodles.
