- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine margarine and vegetables in a large skillet or electric skillet.
