- 1 lb. round steak
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut steak into bite size pieces; brown in skillet.

2Boil noodles until done; drain well.

3Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and mushrooms with noodles.

4Add steak; mix very well.

5If stroganoff seems stiff or dry, you can add another can of mushroom soup or a little water.

6Serve hot.

7Freezes well.
