- 3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak in thin strips
- 2 c. sliced tomato
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can (13 oz.) beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat quickly, then add oil, mushrooms and onions and cook stirring, until onions are tender, about 3 minutes.

2Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste and bring to a boil.

3Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.

4Let stand 5 minutes.

5Stir in sour cream.
