  • 1 lb. lean, 1-inch beef cubes (sirloin, round or chuck)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

    Brown beef cubes in margarine.

    Add flour and soup mix; stir.

    Cover; simmer for 1 hour. Add sour cream; reheat 10 minutes.
